Very quick, effortless transaction from start to finish, appreciated the whole Eide team as they work very cohesively together to make our experience great. I found a truck online and was contacted within an hour(and it was after hours), all my questions answered efficiently which i appreciated, the customer service was hands down, excellent. My salesman Shayne was on top of his game , located same truck in the color I wanted, & had everything set up and ready to gofor me before i even got there. From arriving to pick up & them test driving my trade to driving off the lot was maybe a lil over an hour total, they have the whole process streamlined which i absolutely loved!! Hands down I will come back and make the drive from ND/SD border when its time to trade, their prices, customer service as a dealership is top notch! *Side note a few days later I opened my mailbox and their was a box with a new thermal mug & cookies from them as a thank you, they truly have it nailed down!! Highly recommend!!

Shayne O'Malley was an exceptional salesman, took the time to work through the things that were a no-go for me and disregarded those vehicles from my search process. He helped me find a truck that will fit my family's needs and got me into a vehicle that we will enjoy driving for years to come. Logan the finance department rep that helped me was very knowledgeable and understanding of packaging that worked for me regarding financing and information that goes with each thing listed and didn't try to push unnecessary things that were going to be a no for me anyways. Eide offers good packages on 36 month/ 75k mile maintenance warranty and GAP coverages. With those two things added it raised my payment maybe $50 a month for the peace of mind factor. If you are looking for a company that will sell you something that fits your needs and budget look no further. Sell alot for a little, keep the customers happy to bring in repeat buyers seems like a good motto to go off of.

Purchased a new 2025 Willys 4XE from Derek, and the entire experience was fantastic! I’m in Fargo and handled everything remotely—including negotiations and signing with finance. They didn’t have the exact vehicle I wanted on the lot, but Harley, the new car manager, went above and beyond to locate it from another dealer and had it delivered within just a few days. From my initial inquiry to delivery at my home, the whole process took about a week! The negotiations were painless, and the overall process was smooth. After delivery, we ran into a couple of hiccups, but the team was incredible at resolving everything quickly. Even the finance manager stepped in to help expedite things when Derek ran into some challenges. I highly recommend this dealership for your next new car purchase—especially if you’re in Fargo and want a better buying experience! As someone who worked as an F&I manager and assisted in desking and closing deals for a few years with Volvo in Chicago, I can honestly say dealers could learn a lot from this place. I can’t thank the team enough and will definitely be back! 5++++++

The salesman was very responsive when we expressed an interest in a 2021 Jeep they had in inventory even though it was over the weekend. We were able to drive it within a few days and they were very responsive to some questions we had regarding how it handled on the road. Our concerns were quickly addressed and we will have all resolved within a day. Very pleasant to work with and I would highly recommend checking them out.
