This has been one of the best experiences I truly have ever had. Noah in sales, did an amazing job staying in contact with me, explaining everything to me. Never a stone left unturned. When it came to closing, Whitney in finance was amazing. All of our questions were answered and when leaving had peace of mind of everything. Whitney was just amazing at her job and hope her and Noah are still at Edie in a couple years when I will be due for a new truck. Upper management, my thank you for working so diligently and precise to move a truck from a sister store to your main store on a FRIDAY and close and deliver the truck the same day with it being a 3.5 hour round trip. Thank you for taking time out for my family that day. WE understand how busy it can get especially towards the end of the month at a car dealership. Had a great experience buying my new Ram. Robert was awesome to work with and very friendly. Truck had some scratches here and there and Robert had the whole thing buffed and polished and took care of all of them. Whitney and Logan in the finance department were also top notch. Highly recommend checking them out when looking for your next vehicle.

Eide Chrysler was pleasant to work with. I found a reasonably priced car in good condition. Ryan was a good sales person, very personable and open to discussion. Eide went through paperwork and explained the purchase. No issues. Just good business. I refinanced my car loan and added Gap Insurance on March 19th with Whitney Schick. There were no issues and Whitney moved through the process quickly and efficiently. We enjoyed a few laughs along the way. On March 20th, I brought the new car in for first service. I was leary due to past reviews under a different ownership. The service was quick and the staff seemed helpful and sincere. Again all 3 dates, all 3 deserve 5 stars.

Quick easy process Whitney was awesome

I went here today to get a car and oh my gosh god sent people i swear. I had some trouble with making my first purchase on a car but they figured it out for me and im leaving with my new car today, i cant thank them enough. I was first greeted by Victor outside he saw me eying the car i am buying today and he got the keys for me and came with for a ride and was just amazing and so funny! Great great salesmen. Whitney and Nate are the managers i believe and that's who also helped towards the end and i can't thank them enough, Please come here for a car i promise you will not be disappointed!

Omg!! It was the best experience. Isaiah was the absolute best. He made the whole experience stress and hassle free. Isaiah was very friendly and truly cares about what you need as a person. Whitney was also great..she will really go above and beyond to get you what you truly need and more..if you go to Eide I would recommend you ask for those two..they are great people and phenomenal at what they do

Excellent customer service from the start / inquiry via online. Isaiah was well versed with the vehicle in question. Last day of the month, Easter Eve @4:20pm and they never missed a beat at processing the deal once we had our deal. Whitney with finance (and extended warranty) was very helpful too… I understand it’s part of the sale process to talk & sell extended warranties. But for the most part, vehicles today should have little engine and drivetrain concerns beyond manufacturers warranty up to 200k if afforded proper care and maintenance. So I respectfully declined the additional protection. As Whitney filling in the computer with the final details, she said there’s a lot of electric tabs buttons and features on the Lincoln that the Ford (my last 4 autos Ford Exp). Not wanting to delay her or myself for that matter any longer. I declined the electronic chip warranty (meanwhile I had passed a note ton who can look just about anything up in a split second) ~ came in and showed me how many different electronic features the new car has, not even offered w/ the Ford Explorers I’ve been driving for years. Without being pushy to get out of the office or to sell a warranty, I was afforded the time to make the decision by her willingness. It worked - I purchased the car and extended warranty (on electronics and chips only). Hope I don’t have to use it, but piece of mind feels right. Reflect on - dishwashers, clothes washers, dryers and fridges ~ I haven’t found a reliable brand since I moved out of Moms 46 years ago. If i wouldn’t have purchased the home service plus, I’m sure I would pay off my house and still have allowance payments - all because of electronics and chips.

It was a great experience all the way around. Harley, Whitney and Robert were great. They even went way out of their way to make sure I was completely satisfied with my purchase. I would recommend them to any of my family, friends or coworkers.
