I had a very difficult issue with my car that was hard to diagnose. While it wasn’t identified correctly the first time, what really impressed me was how this dealership handled it afterward. They worked with me, listened, and ultimately made it right by fully fixing the problem. They went above and beyond by providing me with a loaner car during the process, and once my car was finally repaired, they even delivered it back to me. That level of service and accountability means a lot. Car problems are stressful, but this team showed integrity, patience, and a genuine commitment to customer satisfaction. He kept me informed every step of the way, clearly explained what was happening with my vehicle, and took the time to walk through what was needed and why. My car broke down on me and Ron and his team did an amazing job finding a way to get it fixed the next day! Originally because of parts, it was supposed to take a week, but Ron did some magic and found apart the next day. They were able to find me a loaner vehicle for the day and they even checked out a few other issues we were having with the car that was not Covered under the warranty!
