I’ve purchased many vehicles over the years and have never left a review based on my experience…good or bad. I feel compelled to leave a review for Eide. My Salesperson, Brandon and the finance Manager, Barry were an absolute pleasure to do business with. From first contact until I walked out the door with the keys to my new truck, I had a feeling of trust and that they were making sure my experience was a good one. I told my Wife that I’ve always had a bit of buyers remorse after leaving the dealership or that I could have gotten a better deal if I had looked around longer. I truly believe I purchased the truck for a very good price and did not even bother to try to negotiate. I would recommend Eide to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. Kinda sounds like I was paid to leave this review but I am genuinely thrilled with my purchase and without a doubt go back for my next vehicle. Thanks, guys! Great job.

Brandon and Barry responded immediately reached out to facilitate our request to obtain information on and test drive an amazing Yukon found on their website. They are extremely knowledgeable and assisted through the entire process, constantly communicating with us. Never settling for less the the vehicle we wanted, they worked tirelessly to ensure we were happy with our vehicle and made sure there was no shady play by the lenders. This branch in St Cloud succeeds and surpasses all expectations where most other dealerships fail, they were never pushy, they did not give up on us, they protected us from more than unreasonable rates, at no point were they rude, stressful or pushy. They listen to the customers needs or what they are looking for and they move mountains to make it a reality. First time I can say hands down 5 stars for this crew.
