I had an overall good experience purchasing my used vehicle from Eide Chrysler St. Cloud. Arianna was pleasant, helpful, and very communicative throughout the process. Even going as far as detailing our vehicle herself when the detailers didn’t show up on time for work. The dealership was, unfortunately, in the path of a hail storm a couple days before my purchase. I was told the vehicle was inspected and did not receive any damage. After the purchase, I noticed some hail damage that wasn’t caught during the initial inspection. I contacted the dealership, and they immediately offered to repair it and we were able to arrange pickup and drop-off of my vehicle, which I really appreciated given they are about three hours away. What stood out most was how well they handled the issue—they were responsive, communicative, and committed to making things right. Arianna kept me updated throughout, and I appreciate the effort the dealership made.

Arianna was super helpful with my trade in of my jeep and purchase of my new Jeep! Came from a few hours away and she made sure the process went as smoothly as possible before and after my arrival. Wasn’t pushy and took everything I wanted or didn’t want into consideration. Thanks again Arianna!

just when i thought i had been told no everywhere for having no credit, and i was stuck with my headache of a car for the long run. i gave eide a try and made an appointment with will. he was VERY understanding and genuinely wanted to help as well as scott the finance manager. two super nice guys who helped me find something beautiful that i’m OBSESSED with. could not have asked for a better experience. these guys work for you! (and honestly deserve a raise)
