Welcome to the Eide Family: Eide Chrysler St. Cloud

We are excited to announce that we have a new addition to our Eide family: Eide Chrysler St. Cloud! 

As we enter 2024, this change to our store is exciting for our staff, our customers, and for our local community. 

Although our name is changing from McKay's Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram Fiat to Eide Chrysler St Cloud, our team is not. Yes, we will be adding some personnel, but our current team isn’t going anywhere. We are still here to take care of you and all of your sales, service, and parts needs. 

The Eide Organization has a very interesting history: Eide began in 1974 when we opened our very first location in Grand Forks, ND. In 1981, we were fortunate enough to move to Bismarck, ND, and open Eide Ford. In 2010, we added Eide Chrysler Pine City to the family. We then acquired Eide Chrysler in Bismarck in 2016, and then moved across the river and gained Eide Ford Mandan and Eide Kia in 2022. And now, we are excited to welcome Eide Chrysler St. Cloud going into 2024.

Promoting From Within

One part of our Eide culture that we are extremely proud of is how we promote from within. Everyday, we strive to aid in the growth of all of our employees, both professionally and personally. As our employees grow in their careers, and as Eide Automotive Group continues to grow, we are fortunate enough to be able to promote our employees, so they can take their next step in their careers. 

One example of how Eide promotes from within is Don Pask, General Manager at Eide Chrysler in Bismarck. Don started as an intern at Eide Ford in Bismarck, worked his way up into Sales, was then promoted into Finance, and then into Sales Management at Eide Chrysler. As he was trained in the different managing roles, he then became General Sales Manager, and then General Manager. 

Don’s story is not the only one like that within our group. We have many employees who have grown their careers and moved through different departments to find their perfect fit, and have been fortunate enough to grow immensely with the Eide Automotive Group. 

One thing that will be changing slightly are our hours. Our Sales Department will be open from 8:30am-7pm Monday through Friday, and 8:30am-5pm Friday and Saturday. Our Service and Parts departments will be open 7am-6pm, Monday through Friday, and will remain closed on Saturdays and Sundays.
